1. Who we are

"We", "us", and "the Company" mean Robotna, based at Robotna Center, Al-Rabiah, Amman, Jordan, and these terms are governed by the laws of Jordan (see section 10).

2. Acceptance of these terms

By signing in to a creator/admin account, or by submitting a public form built with Robotna Forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. What the service does

Robotna Forms lets Robotna build forms, collect responses from the public, and generate certificates from those responses.

4. Accounts

  • Creator and admin accounts are issued only to Robotna employees and other personnel authorized by Robotna — there is no self-service sign-up.
  • Anyone using a creator or admin account does so on behalf of Robotna, not in an individual or independent capacity. Robotna is responsible for the forms, data collection, and certificates created through these accounts.
  • Account holders are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
  • An administrator may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these terms.

5. Public forms

  • Anyone with a link to a public form may view it and submit a response — no account is required.
  • By submitting a form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and, where the form asks for information about someone else, that you are authorized to provide it.
  • File uploads are limited to images and PDFs up to 5MB, and are checked by content rather than trusted by file extension.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to collect information unlawfully or to submit false, abusive, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or bypass the authentication or access controls of the service.
  • Upload files containing malware or content you do not have the right to share.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-submit forms.

7. Ownership of content

Robotna owns the forms, templates, and certificates created through creator and admin accounts, since those accounts are operated by Robotna's own staff on the Company's behalf. Respondents retain rights to the personal information they submit, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Certificates

Where a form is linked to a certificate, the certificate is generated automatically from the submitted data. We are not responsible for errors in a certificate caused by inaccurate information the respondent submitted.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Amman, Jordan. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
